ADHD/ADD:  Characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that interfere with daily life and functioning.

Adults with ADD may experience difficulty with organization and time management, forgetfulness, procrastination, distractibility, poor impulse control, difficulty completing tasks, restlessness, low frustration tolerance, and impulsivity.

Treatment for adult ADD may involve a combination of medication and behavioral interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or coaching.

Psychotherapy can help individuals to develop coping strategies and more effective ways of managing their symptoms.
