Anger is a complex emotion that can negatively impact an individual's social and behavioral function. It can trigger a range of physical responses, including increased heart rate and blood pressure, and altered breathing, which can lead to a fight or flight response. Anger can also manifest as negative behavior, such as verbal or physical aggression. When an individual displays aggressive behavior as a result of anger, it can harm their relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and other members of their community.
